The service at Riad Qamar is phenomenal! The staff was professional, welcoming, and always willing to help with local recommendations or questions. I felt well-cared-for from beginning to end. The riad is beautiful, clean, and offers an authentic Moroccan experience. An unforgettable stay!

“Wonderful place to stay”
We had the suite and it was marvellous. Very kind people, servicial, and always ready to help. Very good situation in the medina. Very recommendable place to stay, very quiet and clean. Very good breakfast with the possibility to take away.

Riad Boutique is perfect - loved our stay at the property. We had a gorgeous spacious suite which consisted of a living area and a king size bed (the mattress was a little hard but you get used to it) and a full sized tub. Riad Boutique is perfect - loved our stay at the property. We had a gorgeous spacious suite which consisted of a living area and a king size bed (the mattress was a little hard but you get used to it) and a full sized tub. The room had good AC and strong WiFi. Breakfast was included which was nice, consisting of Moroccan pancakes, fresh fruit and juices. On the day we left early for excursions the hotel were kind enough to make us breakfast to go. We also had dinner once and the beef tagine was sublime! The best asset of this hotel is their people. The staff truly made our stay! Nour is a wonderful woman who is kind, genuine and helpful. Always available on WhatsApp. All staff we encountered always had a smile and wanted to ensure we had the most comfortable stay. It’s hard to fault the Riad itself, the only thing we found difficult was where it was located when coming from the Medina.

Amazing stay at a beautiful Riad right in the old town, near the medina. The staff did everything to make us feel welcome. Noor booked our bus tickets for us and even arranged some tours (these were not great, but it’s not the hotel’s fault in any way). The price for the tours, which the hotel gave us, was very good either way. She was very attentive and wanted to make sure we were always happy. If there’s anything that you want / think can be improved she will try and arrange it. The room was stunning and spacious with everything you need. Fantastic bed, black out curtains, excellent shower / bath with good pressure. Decent WIFI and a cute little terrace too. If you go during Ramadan you will be woken up (probably everywhere in Fez) by extremely loud prayers at 4am from the adjacent medina. This, again, is not the hotel’s fault in any way - just something to be aware of. The staff are all very friendly and polite, and it’s a lovely peaceful oasis in Fez. I would definitely go back - the value for money is incredible. I want to take the opportunity to thank Noor again for everything she did to make our stay comfortable ❤️

“Good but could be improved”
The rooms were little smelly and ac was dropping water after the usage for few hours. The service was okay for breakfast but no other meals available . Internet was slow and had to work other way out for this . But rooms are big and beautiful can be improved a bit.
