“Excellent treat”
As a family we had a lovely time at the hotel. The staff was very friendly and kind with us all the time. The suites were big, clean and also very comfortable to sleep. The spa was amazing, the food at the restaurant was very tasty and traditional, the swimming pool was open and we enjoyed it a lot… more

“Fantastic base location to discover Fes”
My Wife and I visited Fes and stayed at the hotel. The hotel location is set outside the old town but very easily accessible by cheap taxi rides to the old town. My Wife and I visited Fes and stayed at the hotel. The hotel location is set outside the old town but very easily accessible by cheap taxi rides to the old town. The hotel itself is beautifully decorated and has a great pool. Moreover the staff were incredibly polite and professional especially Ibrahim who arranged our tour guide and assisted us daily with our questions. I would highly recommend the hotel to anyone wishing to stay in Fes.

Enjoyed the stay. Very pleasant location. Nice staff. Very beautiful and clean hotel. Enjoyed the views from the room as well as from the top floor swimming pool area. Well maintained property. Would love to stay here again for the same great experience we had.

I loved this hotel! Pros: Beautiful decor Amazing air con Friendliest staff who arrange everything you need Varied breakfast with omelettes made to order Pool is so nice. Don't understand the negative comments about the location - yes it's across the road but you have food and drinks available, plus a block with toilets, changing rooms, lockers and showers Away from the confusion of the medina Cons (all very minor): Can hear other (noisy) guests but that is the same with most hotels WiFi dodgy in some areas (my room it kept cutting out, gym it didn't work but it was fine everywhere else including pool) Don't book it for the gym! It is a couple of broken machines - take some resistance bands and do some workouts in your room instead. I loved this hotel, it was amazing value for money and I have been recommending it to everyone. I had a great time there.
