“Pasta chef”
The best I have ever tasted. Number one in service. Highly recommended. Presentation on point and makes you feel welcomed. Great asset to the hotels experience. The Grand rooms are definitely the best and the buffet restaurant is top notch.

I had a worthwhile experience during my stay here. Bryan, Natalie, and Claudia at the reception were very helpful and courteous. Bryan's English was good enough, so no problem in conversing. Natalie used mobile technology to converse with the guests who could type their request into her cellphone which was converted into Spanish and vice versa. The lady (do not know her name) who singlehandedly managed the breakfast counter was very efficient and polite, although at times there were delays when number of guests increased. Basic breakfast. Rooms were reasonably good and housekeeping upto the mark. There was a problem with the washbasin faucet which gave only hot water, no matter how you set it. So much so that I had to use bottled water to wash my hands. Bath shower water was okay. There was no coffee/tea maker in the room but make tea/coffee was available in the breakfast area at all times. Free wifi. Location is excellent as it is next door to the Expo, and so very convenient for people who have to attend work there. Very closely is the convenience store Oxxo (7-11 types) that is open 24 hours. Starbucks is within easy walking distance and so is the Plaza del Sol- one of the largest shopping malls in Guadalajara. There is also Little Caesars Pizza nearby. overall it is good value for money.

“Easy Stay in Guadalajara”
Booked Ibeuro Hotel relatively last minute for a visit to Guadalajara. Staff allowed an early check in and was overall very warm and helpful. If you need a place near the Expo, don't hesitate to consider this as an option.
