This was the first location I stayed in for my first trip to Guadalajara. It was extremely comfortable and clean. The appearance was very unique and authentic. The staff was very accommodating and sincere in their wish to assist you and your needs. The suites are large, open and airy. Location seemed central and vehicle access easy. Only item to consider is no elevator service, if you need that. A great place to stay.

“Nice and clean!! You don't need anything else!”
I travel often to Guadalajara for business as I always mention. And I think is fair to let people know how nice and clean is this hotel and every time I come and the staff is so friendly. I would not change my choice.

“Great boutique hotel”
I usually avoid boutique hotels due to prior bad experiences however I booked this one. I was pleasantly surprised. I usually avoid boutique hotels due to prior bad experiences however I booked this one. I was pleasantly surprised. The price is great, clean, very courteous staff willing to go out of the way to help you. Although I missed the gym because they have none, they have all accommodation for a business traveler including use of conference space & AV equipment with no additional charge. A huge perk!! I will be back as business brings me to Guadalajara monthly.

“Fair Price And Excellent Service”
There were a couple of glitches, but the staff were so nice and professional i can overlook those glitches and say I would stay at his hotel again because the price was well worth it , especially if your on a budget. The hotel should consider itself fortunate for having such great front desk staff.… more
There were a couple of glitches, but the staff were so nice and professional i can overlook those glitches and say I would stay at his hotel again because the price was well worth it , especially if your on a budget. The hotel should consider itself fortunate for having such great front desk staff. What i can say is that the free breakfast needs to improve drastically and i didn't bother to give it the benefit of the doubt. Tip: Take your electrical outlet because there is no more than 2 wall sockets in the room or at least visible. ( I took my electrical outlet after reading a review that it is needed). Hotel is located near a major, congested hwy but a Uber ride is within 2 minutes away.
