“Amazing week”
My husband and I had a wonderful time in Guadalajara And the Riu did not disappoint Great location and amazing views

“Not perfect, but worth five stars”
Rooms are clean, Showers are great, the AC works well (at least on the 15th floor). Their breakfast is expensive, but likely the best around. Staff is great. My third year staying there for my work trip - nice to recognize staff from prior years. I will certainly be staying there again. On th… more
Rooms are clean, Showers are great, the AC works well (at least on the 15th floor). Their breakfast is expensive, but likely the best around. Staff is great. My third year staying there for my work trip - nice to recognize staff from prior years. I will certainly be staying there again. On the negative side, the pillows are thick and no options in the room for something softer and flatter. I have started taking my own down pillow with me on my work trips - its a life saver. Their beds are also a bit on the hard side. But, it was quiet.

“Always a great place”
I’ve stayed at the Hotel Riu Guadalajara more than 25 times, it’s always a nice experience. No issues whatsoever. Amazing.

“Best hotel stay, thank you so much!”
Right in the center of the city, the staff is amazing, everyone has been friendly and courteous. Room service excellent! Cost is very reasonable but for what you get…amazing pricing. Greta breakfast buffet, loads of options. I plan on making this hotel my regular spot for when I travel.

“Quick getaway”
This hotel is always my go to when i travel to Guadalajara. It offers everything you need. Music, food, fun, entertainment, pool, new openly roof top bar. Its a must stay
