“Absolutely a Good hotel close to the Expo.”
First time in this hotel and I m very satified. Very clean even if the shower should be refurbished, at least in my room. The room was very comfortable. First time in this hotel and I m very satified. Very clean even if the shower should be refurbished, at least in my room. The room was very comfortable. The beakfast is very mexican, a very very good buffet with the chef cooking in teal time for you. In case you don t like mexican food in the morning there's always fruit and yogurt and cereals. Staff always available to support you in case of need. Good position for the Expo. Good price for an hotel like this. A bit far from the centre but by taxi is around 80-90 pesos. 15 minutes. If I ll be another time in Guadalajara for the EXPOI ll return here for sure.

“Outdated, lots of things to fix”
We stay just one night, the employees are very friendly and try to help, we found the place dirty, dusty and the furniture very old showing lack of maintenance. We stay just one night, the employees are very friendly and try to help, we found the place dirty, dusty and the furniture very old showing lack of maintenance. Doors no working properly, bathroom very uncomfortable, no shower door, toilet unstable, no ice dispensers in the entire buildings, too much to mention, if you are in need of an emergency room in Guadalajara, this hotel makes the job, but don't expect a great rest or at least comfortable stay, mostly is sleep and go! We find cost-benefits ratio very low.
