“ok hotel but convenient”
Just an average property in a good location. Not on par with other Best Western Plus properties. It is old and rather dingy. Room was fine - in mezzazine so I did not have to take elevator. There are tons of tour groups visiting this hotel so you may have to wait for service. The room is adeq… more
Just an average property in a good location. Not on par with other Best Western Plus properties. It is old and rather dingy. Room was fine - in mezzazine so I did not have to take elevator. There are tons of tour groups visiting this hotel so you may have to wait for service. The room is adequate with well functioning a/c but tv did not work. Also, my room was not cleaned for 2 days and I had to remind them to empty trash and supply new towels. There is a nice restaurant next door (La Mandarina) but Centro Historico has very few eating places - you can buy electronics and a wedding dress but getting coffee or a meal in a nice atmosphere is a challenge.
