Wonderful hotel, comfortable bed, shower is roomy. We booked a junior suite with a view, and loved it! We'll definitely come back. The mini fridge wasn't cooling, called front desk and it was taken care of right away.

“Well situated and attractive hotel with a few weird features”
Zacatecas is a beautiful town and the Emporio is in prime position opposite the cathedral. Rooms and bathrooms are comfortable. Best to get an outward facing room as the ones overlooking the inner courtyard are long and dark. The hotel does not seem to take credit cards to pre-authorise expenditur… more

For the top-rated hotel in Zacatecas it wasn't very impressive. I wish I had stayed at the Quinta Real. The location by the cathedral is nice but the square is not that impressive.
