“Wonderful, peaceful, friendly and comfortable”
I don't think I have ever been in a hotel with so many friendly and helpful people, and I don't think I will stay at another hotel in Xalapa. “Nice and simple place”
It's not the Hyatt, but it's very ok. It's clean, the staff is very kind. For us was in the price range of a ONE hotel, but was a nicer option, with more charm. “Great hotel!”
The outside seems a little bit old, but the inside is great. The lift was broken, so I had to walk up the stairs. Staff is very friendly, they resolved all my questions. I did not have breakfast at the hotel. The AC worked really well. It is just 10 minutes walk from main sightseeing places.
