“Great value here!”
We recently spent a couple days in Villahermosa on a bus layover and stayed at this great hotel. The staff are very helpful and friendly, the food in the restaurant and bar is excellent! The drinks and appies in the bar were especially delicious. I’d definitely stay here again.

“There are better options in Villahermosa ”
Hotel staff is very friendly but don't speak English. Be prepared with translation app. We didn't get the room type requested but we arrived late. Pet fee is reasonable at 230mxn. 1000mxn deposit is refunded at checkout Breakfast is included but a very limited menu. Lots of hot water in the sho… more

“Needs some management changes”
The hotel is in a good position and the doorman, desk staff all very good. Nice room and pool on the roof. There is no bar in the hotel. The restaurant was terrible.
