We stayed for one night as part of our Intrepid Tour. The rooms were okay but the remote control for the AC did not work. The wifi was spotty. A hotel located in a convenient position for Valladolid but a bit tired and dated (not the Don Diablo restaurant upstairs though). The staff were friendly but the service on the whole was generally quite slow and inattentive……………………………..
