“Nice small hotel near Centro in SMA”
Small hotel and spa in a good location for walking distance to main square in Centro. The room was large, clean, nice comfortable king bed and enough hot water for that morning/afternoon shower. The pool is a shallow lap pool with a few lounges around and in a nice garden setting.

Lovely place near the Mercado des Artesanias a short walk from El Jardin Principal. Rooms are large, airy and well appointed (great little coffee machines). Quiet at night with a lovely pool. “Good Stay in Hotel & Spa Dona Urraca”
Had a very good stay in the hotel. Good service,room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was good . Staff was friendly and helpful. Location is very good, near most attractions and good restaurants. Will stay again in Dona Urraca.

“Not Impressed for many reasons”

Our wonderful friend who lives in Mexico booked 2 suites, one for my husband and myself and one for our daughter and husband. We were attending an afternoon wedding outside of town. We called ahead to get permission to get into one room so that we could all change from our traveling clothes into our wedding attire. It was told to my husband that it would be an additional 1000 peso charge....Our concierge in the previous hotel called the night before and thought that he had it all arranged. We arrived 12:30 for a 2:30 wedding (about a 20 minute drive) and guess what? No one knew anything. No rooms ready, we could change in the pool restroom... Long story short-they had one room that was clean, two queen beds, tiny bedrooms (couldn't even open a suitcase) and we all shared it. Only good thing they didn't charge us for the suites, although they did charge us the maximum price of any room. Next am, same stone faced gal on the front desk, I asked where breakfast was being served since nothing was evident and she said, 'In the restaurant'. No kidding. I usually eat my breakfast in the powder room. Not a pleasant experience. The hotel is on a convenient street for exploring, and there is a lap pool, but I wouldn't recommend the facility.
