100 points for warmth staff, quality food, comodity room and bed, quality of sleep. Amazing overall performance, i truly recommend it if you look for quality standard. My husband and I travel to Queretaro just for business, but in this time we decide to stay at Plaza Caleminas and it result to be such a fantastic place, all the staff is so kind and helpful, this place has everything to make our stancy so confortable, the breakfast has a great variety to choice and each one is great, even the personal of the buffet was attendig our special petitions for each dish. The pool is fantastic, and with the weather there I found a relaxing time after going to bussines meetings. We delay like a half hour making the check out, but the recepcionist was very kind and we appreciate that. Definitely we'll come back

Beautiful lobby and restaurant but a little dated on the room. When you walk into this hotel, the lobby is extremely beautiful and the check in staff was very efficient and courteous. Beautiful lobby and restaurant but a little dated on the room. When you walk into this hotel, the lobby is extremely beautiful and the check in staff was very efficient and courteous. We had the king executive with breakfast and the room was as shown. It is a little dated and the chair in our room was slightly broken and leaned to the left when you sat in it. The bed was very comfortable and the AC was effective. There are enough outlets in the room to accommodate most of todays electronics. Breakfast was of the buffet style with plenty of fruit, pastries and cereals. There is also an egg station that made a very good omelet. Overall it was a good stay and the fact that they also had valet service for the car was an added benefit.

We've been in Mexico for 6 days at this point. and my son was really Craving Domino's pizza. We only stay for one night at this hotel because it was our last stop for the airport in the morning. I try to order online in it would and except the order on line. So I went to the front desk and asked him why my phone number wouldn't be accepted on their online ordering system. That's when I found out that no outside food is allowed inside the hotel only their food. So it was a little disappointing for us I haven't come across the hotel that doesn't allow outside food in. we had was rom nice no complaints there but if you on the 1st floor do not expect a nice view.
