“Awesome Hotel”
I was here just this last weekend, all the staff have welcomed us like no one as never done before, I felt like at home every minute I spend there! Hotel is good with polite and good people like Mayita, Laura, Eduardo Alejandro Escobar, Yaazielme. They helped me alot.there is one more lady who works in housekeeping room number 301 , she gave her chocolate to me. Nice people and helpful.try to make dishes to help Indian.

“Great hotel, very clean”
Great hotel, pleasant stay, location is convenient and close to downtown Queretaro. However, having a concrete facility next door on the back of the hotel and some other industrial facilities is not a very pleasant view.

“Business hotel outside the center of Queretaro”
Practical stay if you are here for business and just want to reach anyplace close to Queretaro. The hotel is an standard one. Good value for money. No exciting views from the window but really very practical. Breakfast was good and staff very friendly.

“No a bad on paper, bu too as good on reallity”
I usually use this hotels to spend the night so I appreciate a good bed, with good linnings. This time the bed was so uncomfortable there I couldn't rest well. The noise between rooms also was annoying
