Here is why: General Manager Carlos Subias Franco is a hospitality industry professional who leads a superb team on a daily basis to provide excellent customer service to his clients. He is bi-lingual and is a fantastic representative of this hotel, this industry, the City and State of Queretaro, and Mexico. We have stayed in hotels around the globe and General Manager Carlos and his staff are truly outstanding. He is an outstanding manager and leader of this splendid hotel. He is very knowledgeable about the area and is one who can find answers his clients ask if he does not know. This man is a superb role model for his employees as he is all about maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction. He is a tireless worker. The grounds of the hotel are a serene oasis in the midst of the momentum of urban Queretaro. The lush green grounds, huge green trees and luscious bouganvillas bursting with color are a welcome atmosphere after a day doing business or sightseeing or when relaxing around the gorgeous pool or with friends, colleagues or family. The groundskeepers are superb caretakers of this lush green oasis. The maid staff are phenomenal. Room service is prompt and polite and the quality of the food is delicious!!! If you are an English speaker, ask for Diego in the restaurant. He is a fantastic young man and a splendid employee. The location of this property is excellent for people doing business in the area, families, couples and individuals. Access to major highways are adjacent to the hotel with dozens of stores and restaurants to meet every need a visitor may have. When staying in Queretaro, we HIGHLY RECOMMEND Hotel Flamingo Inn. “Nature in the city”
Lovely hotel with lots of greenery, trees and plants for nature to find. Lots of birds and butterflies around the hotel grounds and, lovely to just sunbathe on the grass surrounded by this. Small swimming pool next to the gym, so nice if you want to keep fit. The staff at reception were very helpf… more

Small swimming pool next to the gym, so nice if you want to keep fit. The staff at reception were very helpful, especially José and Carmen. The restaurant was just outside of reception, but wonderful authentic Mexican breakfasts and dinners. Beware that you may have to wait on an evening as it is so busy with the locals. I certainly would return

“Family visit, while newborn in H+ hospital”
What a beautiful surprise. We chose this hotel based on recommendation of hospital only a five minute walk. The heated pool is beautiful and the green space is special for such a busy city. Restaurant food is excellent. Service is excellent! Christian and Josemarie and others. Many speak English.… more

Restaurant food is excellent. Service is excellent! Christian and Josemarie and others. Many speak English. All very helpful. Full service hotel in great location. The one improvement needed is faster internet.

“It's outdated”
If you announce your hotel as ideal for business make sure you have enough WiFi and plugs to help you stay connected. TV set is good though, an American style breakfast would be appreciated which in this case you can have some breakfast at the restaurant in the corner which you do not know the men… more
