“Good hotel in Puebla”
This is a nice hotel, centrally located in the town of Puebla, close to all attractions, shops and restaurants. The rooms are bit dated and breakfast is very basic, not many options suitable for vegetarians. Wi-Fi is unreliable, works good in the lobby but that is it. Would stay somewhere else next… more

“Mexico tour”
Standard hotel, clean rooms, decent accommodation, right next to the centre. Easy to walk to the main sights. Breakfast was pretty standard but ok. A good budget option if your looking for somewhere central that is clean and reliable.

I stayed a day and a half with a G Adventures tour and while maintenance doesn't seem to be a priority, don't let that disuade you from staying as I found it to be a neat and clean property. “great location”
Traveled with a group of people, some rooms were updated some not, the rooms were clean. Staff was polite and helpful. No frills hotel, had a nice view from my room. Great location, in walking distance of stores and restaurants.
