“OK But Not Great”

We had a good view from the 16th floor. The staff was friendly and very accommodating. Big comfortable bed, clean room. Unfortunately we chose this because of the pool,.but it was way too cold to enjoy it! The hotel is in a newer, upscale area. . . Not really typical of Mexico

“Rooms have seen better days”

We have stayed at this H Inn property a number of times over the years. The service is still good, but the property is in desperate need of a makeover. Guests at Holiday Inn Puebla La Noria say: We had been driving since Tepic until 2:30 a.m. and could not find a hotel on our route until we got to the Holiday Inn, Puebla. Exhausted, we were grateful to arrive and be able to park our loaded car out front. (It wouldn't fit in the parking garage with the roof rack loaded.) The front desk staff was so accommodating and professional. Check out was 1:00 p.m., so we had ample time to rest before continuing our travels. The room was clean and comfortable, with a nice, big, hot shower. We are IHG members and received excellent service.
