My partner and I spent 3 relaxing nights at Hotel Posada Tlaltenango. We really enjoyed our stay. We were visiting for a wedding near by, just 5 mins Uber ride into the centre of the town. Posada is a beautiful place, with lush green gardens and potted plants scattered around. There is a real feeling of calm in the hotel, partly due to the friendly helpful staff and partly due to the beautiful surroundings. There’s clearly been a lot of care taken to make a tranquil environment. The restaurant had some lovely dishes that were simply amazing. They tasted like great homemade cooked food. I would also reccomend the Sunday buffet, which was excellent value and really tasty. We also enjoyed the spa and had a great couples massage, after enjoyed the hot tub and sunbathing by one of the pools. This hotel is a fantastic hidden Gem, which would be both a lovely wedding venue or a trip away. Love this place and will be back again.

“Comfortable and friendly!”
I needed to spend only one night and the staff accommodated every need. A very comfortable bed with a fan and air conditioning made for a wonderful sleep. They had a taxi waiting to take me on my way. Only some front desk staff speak English but I will surely return.

I enjoyed staying in Posada Tlaltenango. It is near to the centre of Cuernavaca and it is a quiet place for just take a rest of the noisy Mexico City. There are two swimming pools, and the best part is that if you take a massage in the spa, you can swim all day in a beautiful private roofed pool, I was swimming all day alone and I didn’t have to share space, I loved it. They have a temazcal too, unfortunately I couldn’t take it, but I had a delicious massage and a facial treatment in the spa, which has playing beautiful and relaxing music. I think I will back for to take the temazcal. There is a big garden, I adored spend time there, where has big trees and makes the place more fresh and beautiful. My room was nice, and the bed was very comfortable, it was clean and very quiet. The staff is very kind and attentive and service in general was good. The food is not the best of the hotel; I was here two days, on September 14 and 15, there was a typical buffet of Mexican food in commemoration of Mexican independence, there were many typical dishes, but I didn't like some, I think I could know better. I would have appreciated that the beer was cold, but it was warm, I didn't like that.

“Good place to relax”
We spent a weekend there (Fri-Sun) to get away from the city stress. The hotel is nice and have good facilities (nice room, with A/C, comfortable bed and TV). The SPA packages are really good and help you to relax and enjoy your visit. Food is good and employees are really kind.

Very nice building and garden. The area is safe to walk. There aren't many restaurants or cafés at walking distance. The staff is polite but doesn't seem to keen on providing the best alternative for the client. The room is spacious and comfortable but not the best in the hotel even though I did pay a decent amount and the hotel is half empty. There is a SPA but it has to be payed for separately, One of the reasons for choosing this hotel was precisely the SPA, which I figured would include a gym as in many hotels. Breakfast was not included either in my reservation, which is not a great hindrance but given the price I feel it is really not a great loss for the hotel to provide it.
