“Always excellent service”
I have been at this hotel several times for family visits, and the staff and Mngt are always super friendly and helpful. I noticed a lot of changes in the hotel; they are upgrading the rooms. “It’s the only decent hotel in Nuevo Laredo”
It’s the only decent hotel in Nuevo Laredo but nothing fancy. Hotel is clean and friendly staff. Don’t expect more services as it seems a little new or undergoing some renovation at the moment in the ground floor.

“BW Plus fka Crown Plaza Still Worth it”
Stayed here in early 2000s when it was the Crown Plaza. It’s still a nice place to stay even with current closures of pool & restaurant.
