“Ok”
The service was ok. There was no one to take our bags to the room. The bellboy service and attitude was subpar, except for the last bellboy that took our bags at checkout, he was very kind and attentive. “Another great experience”
It had been a while since I had been to MTY, but this stay reminded me why I need to visit more frequently. From the valet parking, to the staff at the front desk to the assistance provided in the business center - it was all done with a smile. It made the entire stay a very pleasant experience.

“We had a wonderful time !”
Our Daughter had her wedding reception here, and we had a wonderful time! Special mention to our waiter, Jason, who attended to our every need during dinner and the dance afterwards. Jason was a consumate professional, as were all the staff during the event.
