“Excellent hotel and value for money”
Excellent hotel with great value for money. Location is prime in Mexico City, on Reforma, the staff is friendly and professional and rooms are spacious and clean. The Club experience for breakfast is outstanding and the service from the team of Alma, Adan and Efren is unique.

Friendly and prompt breakfast service from Efren, Mariel, making sure we had everything needed. Not to mention the yummy food Maria the cook produced. Happy start to the day. Amazing stay at this hotel with all staff especially Sandra and Karina from housekeeping! We stayed on the 15th floor with all attention detail. “Good price and location but rooms are old and run down.”
Been here many times and the hotel must be under a new manager. Very poor service overall. Concierge is great and breakfast is good but expensive. Rooms and front desk are terrible. Had to change rooms as it was old, dirty, shower didn’t work and at first hotel staff was willing to do nothing.
