“Exceptional hotel, exceptional service, so much care!”
I had the best experience at this hotel, I was upgraded to a suite. Rebecca was exceptional. Nerma ( I think that is her name) and Fernando in the restaurant are so kind. The bell boy from Honduras was so kind too. The General Manager is running an exceptional hotel, a 5 star for sure!

“Great hotel”
Highly recommend this hotel in Mexico City. Dagoberto (staff member) was really kind to us, he remembered us from 2 weeks prior and was very helpful. Rooms were very clean and spacious. Also a great location right next to the main plaza of the city.

“Perfect Location”
We spent 11 nights here in Sept. Really a wonderful hotel with a location that can't be beat. Close to zocalo, templo mayor, cathedral, and wonderful restaurants. We would stay here again anytime in CDMX. Great beds and pillows!!!

“Very good choice, very well managed hotel”
We were a group of 47. The facilities are just remodeled, they look very nice. The service was very good.
