“Muy Bien”
From the driver that pick us up at the airport to the front desk, room service and the staff at the restaurant every thing was on point. Thank you to Ruth and Arturo from the restaurant. Their service was impeccable. The cheff was very accommodating to my kids dietary needs.

“Hotel and restaurant ”
The hotel Is ok, close to the airport. Shuttle service is comfortable to get in and out. We visited the restaurant, pleasant surprise of good food and very attentive and kind service of the waiters Miguel Bernache and Alejandro. Overall good value for money

The best customer service and attention to detail that I’ve ever experienced! Francisco is professional and his politeness was refreshing! Fernando y MariCarmen were great as well. Others in the service industry could learn from them!

My stay at this hotel was unexpected but turned out to be a pleasant surprise. Due to a sudden change in one of my flight connections, I found myself here for a night. The hotel's cleanliness was commendable, and despite being a bit of a distance from the airport, approximately 15 minutes away, it was well worth the journey. I had the chance to dine at the hotel's restaurant, where the food exceeded my expectations, and the service provided by Fernando was excellent. All in all, a fortunate turn of events led me to this comfortable and enjoyable stay.

“Well trained and equipped people”
People better than the facilities. The reception was awesome. Great start, however, rooms smell very horrible of smoke. Gym is decent, but ready for new equipment.
