“Great customer service ”
The pillows are the best, nice and firm. The location is great and the Doorman Sr. Francisco was amazing. We would have been lost without his direction. “Great location, nice staff and decent rooms. Avoid the restaurant.”
This is, I would guess, a 3-star hotel in a 5-star location. The only bad thing we experienced in a one-week stay was the restaurant. While some of the food can be good, much is not very good.
