“Great customer service ”
The pillows are the best, nice and firm. The location is great and the Doorman Sr. Francisco was amazing. We would have been lost without his direction. i loved my 10 night stay at hotel ritz...the staff is very friendly and welcoming...itzel and edgar in particular went beyond the call of duty to be helpful to me...the hotel is located on a pedestrian only street so there is no noise from automobile traffic...the hotel is located in the historic... more
