“Mexico City visit”
Great experience. Staff super friendly and the place was clean. Sergio, Jose Luis, Oscar were amazing they helped me with everything I needed. I would definitely come back. I got a taxi right away and always felt like they were looking out for all my needs

Sergio was one of a kind! He was so helpful! Takes service to another level! His love for his city portrayed as he gave us recommendations, from food spots , tourist sights, and made our last minute hot airballoon on adventure! Everything he suggested was incredible!

Oscar, Sergio & Ivan gave the best service at the concierge and shop - super helpful and kind. The prices in the shop were also very reasonable. Aircon in the rooms isn’t great, but is manageable and the breakfast was also great and runs basically all morning so there’s no rush to make a small wi... more

“we walked into hotel the gentleman were waiting at the door to help is with our bags. everyone's super nice!”
Very friendly and extremely helpful. Beautiful hotel and very clean! This nose a very relaxed atmosphere. We advise to come check out the experience food was fantastic and entertainment was superb. We were also accommodated with early check in.

“Very pleasant stay”
The facilities are really nice and the staff was amazing, helping us a lot as we are traveling with a small kid and the help meant a lot. The images coffee place downstairs is really pleasant and the bar on the rooftop has a great view on Reforma Avenue and a chill vibe!
