“Great staff and spacious room”
The staff was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to assist me with an early check-in, which was much appreciated. I also really enjoyed the variety of breakfast options provided, offering a great start to the day. Overall, a pleasant experience!

“Clean, spacious, surprisingly good breakfast”
Stayed 1 night with family before heading back to Europe. Wasn't looking for anything else than a comfortable place for the night, but was positively surprised. “Nice Central Hotel in a nice part of Mexico City”
I had a nice 4 day stay at this hotel. Breakfast is included in the room rate. Skyla in the breakfast room was particularly nice, friendly and smiling each morning. I loved the location of the hotel. It is in the business district close to the city.

“Friendly staff but basic amenities”
Staff were very friendly and helpful. The front of the hotel is currently boarded up. I stayed on the 14th floor which had great views of la reforma.
