I had an absolutely amazing stay at the Galeria Plaza Hotel! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm hospitality and exceptional service. My room was incredibly comfortable, with a luxurious bed and plush pillows that ensured a perfect night’s sleep. Every member of the staff, from the housekeepers to the concierge, was friendly, attentive, and truly dedicated to making my stay memorable. The workout room was spotless, featuring brand-new equipment and an energizing atmosphere with great music. The breakfast buffet was simply delicious, offering a fantastic variety of fresh and flavorful options. A special shoutout to Armando and Iteel Valdez, who went above and beyond to assist me with anything I needed. Their kindness and professionalism truly made my experience unforgettable. “*****THE BEST*****”
We Loved it! Too many thinks to write but the service levels were amazing - the pool is fantastic, the room upgrade was really appreciated, great breakfast menu, ....and the location was perfect. We will be back next year and look forward to a repeat performance :)

The only improvement point is that I asked for the resend of the billing document, that was not complete, it was 2 days before, and so far, I didn't receive any answer. Without those information, I might have problems to ask for rei… more

“Great Hotel in Juarez”
Great hotel that's walkable to a lot of trendy areas in Mexico City. The staff were all very friendly and attentive when we asked for some maintenance on the bathroom. The food at the restaurant was also great if you want to relax for room service or stick closer to 'home' one night.

Central location - within walking distance to Condesa, Chapultepec Castle, Museum of Anthropology, etc. Housekeeping staff were excellent and their taxi service which was very convenient. However, I would not recommend the food or restaurants at the hotel. Mexico City has so many excellent restaurants- I would recommend venturing out for a meal (even if breakfast is included at this hotel). Food was disappointing. Overall an average stay.
