A total pleasure to stay here - the staff are extraordinarily friendly, professional and helpful, my room was very comfortable, clean and new. I loved how clean and bright the bathroom is. Nice towels, nice soaps and nice lotion. Feather pillows!! The breakfasts were everything you could ask for. The hotel is well located and very well priced. Quiet. I really enjoyed my stay and will definitely stay there again on my next trip to CDMX. And I must repeat - the staff were incredibly accommodating and terrific. Love this place!

“Family 5 Star Vacation”

Our extended family of seven stayed for one week while visiting Mexico City. Each room was spacious and newly furnished. The beds are very comfortable and the bathrooms are updated. We loved that it is a quiet spot in a busy crowded city. The entire staff deserves a 5 star rating. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The front desk staff offered good and accurate information that was very helpful to first time tourists. The hotel is located in a wonderful walkable neighborhood. Close to museums, markets and Zocolo. There are many restaurants, parks, and shops near by. We would definitely stay here again.

Stayed 4 nights on business. Great location for activities in Roma and Condesa. Relatively new construction, clean, and quiet. Seems to cater more to business travelers than partiers or young people. Friendly and easy check-in process. Good so far for a week of work in CDMX. Upon arriving at my room, I unfortunately discovered it faced the interior hallways/atrium of the hotel. The outside of the window has a mirror-like coating (to provide privacy for the occupant), but it felt very disconcerting to leave the shade open as it felt like people can look in. I later noticed that at nighttime if the lights are fully on in the room, the occupant(s) actually are in fact somewhat visible from the hallways. Not good at all. Moreover, the feeling of being in that room was extremely claustrophobic and unsettling - it felt like a bizarre prison. Should never have been a room, but rather a utility space, ice room, laundry, whatever. Anyway: I asked to switch rooms and received a bit of attitude about it from the front desk. But, the Jr. Suite was available (for about $100 USD more per night), and I chose this option as it was, unfortunately, the only option left. Upon arriving at the Jr. Suite, things were much better. I would hesitate to describe it as a "suite" and more like a larger version of a regular room. Most importantly, it contained a small window so the room received some natural light and air if desired. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, the room was clean, the bathroom large, and the small fridge was useful. Both the A/C and heat worked very well and nearly silently. Shower provided very hot water and decent water pressure. Good, fast WiFi, with stable connection during my whole stay. Room amenities could be better. Very thin slippers, very bad coffee, and could have used more light by the closet area. One plus of the Jr. Suite is it's located at the end of the hall, so only one wall is shared with another room. My room was on the back of the hotel (away from the street) which presented a pretty depressing view of the back of an ugly building, but quite a bit less noise. Probably for the best. Hotel restaurant is quite nice and very tasty if you're in a hurry or can't go out. Lots of food options, good coffee, full bar, and great service. Good separate coffee bar open in the daytime serving Starbucks. I did have one odd issue when I came back late at night from work and my key didn't work at the front entrance. The security guard normally inside was nowhere to be found. Took me a few minutes of waving my arms at a worker in the back room behind the front desk before I was noticed and let in. Strange, as my key worked fine at the entrance the previous night. Anyway, it's a safe area so I didn't feel concerned being outside alone for a few minutes. Overall, 6.5/10.
