“Friendly and Accommodating”
The staff is very accommodating and friendly. They were eager to please. The rooms are cold, but once the employees explained how the A/C works and even brought us a portable heater, we were all good. The location is a ways from downtown, but the hotel is in a great area of Mexico City.
