“Airport Hotel with great views of the runways.”
Excellent Airport Hotel, rooms are very spacious and well appointed. The staff that we met ( Armando and Fernando) in the Club Lounge were outstanding and were very attentive to our needs and requirements. “Plane Brazil a must at this hotel”
I’m currently staying at the hotel doing my Hobby of Aircraft spotting . Checking in was very quick and easy . The hotel is kept to a good standard and the room are modern and are cleaned everyday . I’m currently staying at the hotel doing my Hobby of Aircraft spotting . Checking in was very quick and easy . The hotel is kept to a good standard and the room are modern and are cleaned everyday . This is where it gets even better I booked a twin club room which gives access to the Club Lounge on the 8th floor . The windows look out into the Airfield which is why I booked the Hotel . But even better is the staff , nothing is ever too much for you and tend to your needs whenever you need a drink or a snack . Very courteous and there English is first class . On an afternoon after 2pm Armando and Fernando start there shift and they are a credit to the Company there service , there history and friendliness is second to non . I’ve got to mention the breakfast and morning staff Luis angel yessenia and there manager Lina .

Good location next to airport . Room fine. Pay attention of breakfast buffet price... 480 Mxn for one pax

Check in process is a nightmare more than1 hour at 11:00 pm, floor on the room 3164 is loose and staff is no welcoming at all.
