“Barcelo Reforma Best Customer staff”
This is the best hotel to stay at. I checked in on October 25, 2024, and the staff at the reception always provide excellent service. Diego consistently goes above and beyond during the check-in and check-out process. Keep up the great work, Diego & Enrique!

“Stay at Barceló when you visit Mexico City”
Had a 24h free time and Barceló was hosting me. Very very good hotel. Andrea was my receptionist. She was warm, profesional and caring. Great English too. The front desk was not flexible in cancel my last day I had to leave early .I inform at check in and they say no when they have more than 72 hours as the policy to cancel

“Ok stay”
The rooms are nice and good to work in. The restaurants (Sonora grill in particular) serve blend food (unfortunately) and have an emphasis making a show instead of relying on efficiency and interesting food.
