“Excellent”
Overall good experience. Nice hotel with good staff. Get a room on the higher floors if you are a light sleeper. They blast music in the bar until two in the morning. Everything else is excellent. Walking distance to many sites and restaurants. Never felt un safe.

“Great hotel for great value”
Excellent hotel, excellent value, magnificent pool, clean, beautiful room. I use the spa and had a wonderful manicure the pool is indoors, but it has a sunroof so you feel the heat. Great concierge and lovely bar area, very convenientlylocated on Reforma Great values for the money

“Comfy and relaxing”
We went to spend our first anniversary and we were treated super well! The room is comfortable and spacious, but there are a few fixes here and there, like painting and carpet maintenance. “For the quality and services a little too expensive”
The poll was a terrarium. I believe it has no window that let the air flow, so when the sun shines at its best, the temperature inside is very hot.
