“Close to everything and GREAT service”
We were in Merida for a quick weekend over Day of the Dead. The front desk folks, Pedro and Jose, were incredibly helpful (I had a group of 19 with me). I cannot say enough about them. “great location two blocks from down town, easy to walk around”
The front desk staff is very nice and smiling all the time, also the bell boys. They can tell you where to go for a 1 day tour, very helpfull and you can trust them. The room was clean and good view to the city. Small pool clean nice garden , lovely restaurant
