The hotel is conveniently located near Santiago Square located in an old casino with an addition. The rooms are spacious and clean, tho no frills; everyone is friendly and extremely helpful. A beautiful old colonial style hotel with centre courtyard and a great pool! Our room was wonderful, comfortable King bed with ensuite bathroom/ shower (hot water always) and separate room with kitchen and dining area and two more beds. Note: you have to ask for supplies(pots, plates, utensils and cups) for kitchen as they are not in room. All the rooms on our side of courtyard were huge with beautiful original wood doors. It was great to be outside the busy Centro area but close enough to walk most places of interest. Great bus system if you do not want to walk and plenty of taxis. The staff are very friendly and Andrea made us feel so welcome when we arrived.

“Wonderful stay.”
We had a great time staying at Casade las Columbas.It was such a relaxing space and only a little out the way from the centre of town.The rooms where spotless and so comfortable and the staff where lovely and friendly.We would definitely recommend this hotel.

I went there expecting a nice hotel. Very reasonably priced, small clean pool. The room initially had a few mosquitoes which we killed quickly ( common issue in this area). The hotel had a kitchen, refrigerator, and bottled water for personal use. Front desk service was awesome, she got us a personal tour of Chichenitza ( for just the 3 of us). Close to good restaurants, an Oxxo ( think 7-11), and a large grocery store within walking distance. Safe area.
