“Hotel in nature”
Stunning place to stay when you are in Palenque. Beautiful colorful hotel grounds and the sound of nature is soothing. Nested inside the jungle but a turn away from the main street without the noise. Onsite restaurant is a plus. I will definable recommend.

Ignore all of the bad reviews. Resort was perfect, staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. “Great hotel and restaurant”
We went to this hotel in June 2024 with my fiancé. It was a wonderful place to stay, the hotel is gorgeous ans we had a warm welcome. All the staff were so kind with us. The restaurant El Mango was incredible with delicious food ! We definitly recommand people to come here

“Great location”
We arrived in a family holiday, the location of hotel is perfect. 5 mins from the bus station and 10 mins from the ruins. Nice staff. Very petty rooms and a large pool, our girls had so much fun! Thank you. מקום ממש מקסים, ממוקם נוח, חדרים גדולים, בריכה נעימה!

“Not great”
I'm writing this as I'm sitting in the lobby waiting to check in. Upon arrival we were notified that checkin is not until 3 even though rooms are ready and it didn't look busy at all.
