“Good stay!”
Hotel has amazing service, front desk and room service always with a smile. Beds are very comfortable. Breakfast is so-so, with 5 hot plates and fruit and cereals. Felt like it was missing flavor. Close to the city center. Good option if you have a wedding.

“Great Stay”
Great stay, hotel is great, not luxurious but with great service, bedding and pillows. Breakfast is bland but does the job, they have eggs, beans, chilaquiles, bread, cereal in a like buffet area. Very close to the city center.

“Charming hotel with all the amenities”
Great location in Guanajuato, large room with great shower and a HUGE buffet breakfast. What a bargain! The front desk staff were very helpful, arranging for us to get laundry done, and help with directions and finding us a cab. Loved everything about this charming hotel!

“Big rooms, great location, noisy”
I was in room 12. Big room with a balcony on the street. A blessing and a curse. A beautiful view but Saturday night the partying was loud. There are enormous wooden doors to keep the sound out but still woke me from time to time. Bathroom was nice, shower was good and warm. I read that so... more

We checked in, stored our bags, and went off on a city walking tour. Don Lucas is located right at the beginning of the pedestrian area.
