I stayed at the Real de Minas hotel when the university went on a trip to Guanajuato. I liked the hospitality offered upon arrival. The place has a swimming pool to enjoy a moment of fun and relaxation for swimming lovers. The services offered satisfied me, because there is hot water, it has ventilation, enough space for luggage, even a hair dryer and television with several channels. They also have free Wi-Fi, so I didn't have any problems during my stay. Traveling is a pleasure when there are good places to stay like the Minas Hotel.

My father, my sister and I were here to celebrate sisters bday, staff helped my father to surprise my sister decorating the master suit, which by the way has a great view and cozy decoration. The pool is amazing, you can have great relaxing time over there. I've been here 3 times, last one was with the boyfriend and as a romantic hotel maybe next time I would pick other, for families is perfect.

“Good hotel”
There are many good points about the hotel. It is in a good location, has awesome staff, is clean and well kept, has hot water, spacious rooms, parking, and good wifi. The biggest negative is the beds. They are the traditional Mexico double and are very hard.

I arrived to self park my car in the sizable secured parking area. Reception staff were prompt and helpful....as we were on a late arrival and very early departure schedule during a business stopover we didn't try the restaurant facilities. My room was clean and the bed comfortable but it and the bathroom in my opinion are overdue refurbishing. This hotel has a pleasant feel of faded elegance and is located in what is a lovely town.
