“Attractive traditional style hotel in a good location in historical centre”
Traditional style hotel in the historic centre. Our Quiet room opened into a courtyard. There is also a large shared rooftop courtyard. Room & bed comfortable. Helpful staff & lifts although a few stairs as well. On-site restaurant for breakfast although we didn’t eat there.

“Great location, clean, comfortable, beautiful hotel, wonderful staff, especially Martín and Fernando!”
The location was perfect. The property was clean and quite comfortable. The staff was attentive, especially our breakfast staff Martín and Fernando! They really went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed and they were very friendly and funny, too!

“Enjoyable hotel in Guanajuato”
The location is perfect. Easy walk to everything. Very friendly staff. The breakfast was delicious. I asked for extra pillows and they arrived in a minute. When I had trouble connecting to WiFi someone came to my room in a few minutes and reset the router. If you are going to the airport fr... more

“Lovely quaint stay”
We stayed for a weekend in this grand old hotel. It really is grand with five floors and feels quite history. One wing of the hotel is built around a massive old tree - be sure to take the interior elevator up to level 5 to visit the rooftop and see how they have incorporated the tree within the ... more
