“Vacations”
This is the best hotel I haven’t stayed before they treat me like a queen, I really loved, I asked for special room they did please without any excuse, very clean, but the best pert was the customer service Ernesto Guzman is one of the best there he was very kind respectful and always checking on m… more

“Comfortable and cozy”
The hotel is really cozy, the beds are comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet is good and great service from Ernesto, Carlos, Alejandro and Pavel. I would consider this hotel again coming back to Colima.

“Nice place with reasonable rates”
We have stayed here twice, Good rooms, pool area and food. It is off set from the road so it's nice and quiet. The rooms where spacious and wifi was ok. Pharmacy was close by as where several other places to eat.
