“Amazing Stay!”
We had three wonderfull days. We were provided with a room upgrade - and got a great room with its own private dock at the lagoon. It was awesome. “Lovely hotel by the lagoon”
Lovely hotel by lagoon. Had 1st floor room with balcony by lagoon but very obscured by trees. Kayaks available for free which were great for bird watching. Dinner was very good, different menu daily. Breakfast good but complicated pricing package. Definitely worth taking the boat tour for swimming… more

“Go go go”
Was better than expected Although was warm , the place was clean people were friendly The lagoon was incredible I got sunburned Shame have to pay to enter the Getty at the lagoon Everything was close by Bacalar has a nice centre with a market definitely worth see
