“Highly Recommendable over another name brand hotel”
I've used this hotel twice. First time, I booked the suite, because I traveled with one of my kids and my cousin and her baby. Good clean place to stay. No surprises. Breakfast included was good. Basically a good option in Aguascalientes. “Excellent bed, roomy hot shower, clean”
We chose this hotel based on TripAdvisor reviews. We can stay in a chain hotel anywhere and prefer something more local. The location is great with easy access to anywhere in the city on Convention 1914 ring road. It was a 5 minute walk to an area with THE bull fighting stadium and many restaurants… more

“They charged my credit card even though I didn't stay.”
I canceled my booking on booking.com within the allowable time frame but the hotel still charged me approx $100 Eventually it was recovered by booking.com's excellent customer service. Maybe it was a genuine mistake so I have given average rather than a negative review.
