Thank you to Siti for an excellent massage at the beautiful and tranquil Spa. A relaxing ending to my visit to this stunning hotel. The view from the pool is the best I have ever seen from a hotel. A really memorable hotel. Thank you to all the staff.

I find myself returning to this hotel yearly basis for a relaxing weekend break. And again I left happy and relaxed. As bonvoy member I get immediate attention and directed to check in lounge. Izwan, as usual is very helpful and patiently explained all the benefits I am getting even though I am returning, making sure I get to enjoy the stay fullest. Great front desk guy like Izwan always made checking in and the start of the stay great! Room that was assigned is well maintained and the view from those ocean view are still superb, same goes to the pool. The bed is one of the reason for many returning customers, it is one of the most comfortable bed I've stayed in. Westin has always been generous giving free drinks for bonvoy silver and above members from 4pm to 8pm daily, a nice touch.

“Excellent excellent excellent.”

I spent a few days here for a conference. The resort is fantastic - Very friendly staff, great rooms with excellent beds and bathrooms, amazing view from the pool, breeze bar and restaurants. The food was excellent. You may even see a few monkeys on your balcony throughout the day.

Went on my honeymoon, the trip was excellent as an experience, once in a lifetime! It was 3 nights / 4 days holiday. I had selected the package with half board and airport pick up - drop by the hotel. The property is serene, it has everything inside and one doesn't require to step outside except for maybe sightseeing and shopping. The view here is just amazing. It has a big long stretch private beach, a private jetty and sea board, it has 4 - 5 pools with different themes and views, it has a free of cost Jacuzzi and Sauna for guests, there are villas, rooms, suites, pool bar, sea view bar, restaurants, etc. everything under one roof. We left our room for breakfast at 10am and came back at 8pm back to the room after eating, we went for a swim in the sea, after which we went for a crazy photoshoot spree thereafter we went for a swim in the pools and then had some pizza and coffee at the beach facing tide restaurant and ended the evening with sunset view sheesha in the main pool. The Seasonal taste restaurant was amazing, the food was really tasty. We couple are indian vegetarians and so had a little issue with the choices that the offerings had and that was the only dissatisfaction yet Chef Mahesh Rawat saved our souls and brought back the bliss to our honeymoon with his instant-prompt service and customised out of the way help and top notch hospitality. He made some special sabji like alloo gobhi, paneer masala, bhindi masala for my wife in the blink of an eye. The bhindi Chef Mahesh made was the best that I have had in a while, it was out of this world!! Chef Mahesh was the highlight of this hotel in terms of the staff, he made us feel very comfortable and made hia best efforts to keep us happy at the property with his kind gestures and amazing hospitality! The room was also very nice, the view of the ocean from the room is divine and having tea from the balcony makes it very special. There are wild monkeys roaming on the roofs at the property and you can see the great hornbill birds visit the property. it is amazing. Worth noted things to do: meditation at the rock pool, sunset at the main pool, photosession at the beach, food by Chef Mahesh at the Seasonal taste restaurant, drinks at the tide restaurant, tea in your room balcony and cycling at the property! Things to improve: english language of the staff, property tour should be made available, mosquitoes are irritating during sunset, some attending lower staff in the Seasonal taste are rude and discriminate against Indians, menu variety for vegetarian food dishes should be increased as there are many Indians visiting here and they all felt the same. Thank you Westin Langkawi, worth visiting again!
