“Suitable place to stay with family within budget.”
Suitable place for family trip who in budget. The bedroom is comfortable and huge. The apartment is near the heart of kuching city where traveller can reach just by walking. All necessities and food hunting easy to find around the StayInn Gateway.

“Excellent serviced residences in town!”
Ariva Gateway Residences is a real gem! It is greatly located in the centre of the city. The staffs were friendly and helpful. The room was very clean, comfortable, spacious and well equipped with all essentials, perfect for family holiday.

The staffs are so nice and friendly and the view from the rooftop are so beautiful ❤ the swimming pool is also at the rooftop plus it is indoor ❤ will be back here again to take a photo with a nice view and experiencing to stay in the hotel❤

Thank you so much Ariva Getaway for having us today with such a good hotel services. One of the very nice hotel view in town. With the photoshoot event that we had at the rooftop swimming pool area had given us such a reminiscing view.

“Centrally located”
Location was the best, close to river banks and center. Topspot food center within 5 min walk. The room has everything you can ask for, we were surprised by the choice offered for breakfast, however every hot items on offer was plain cold, which was a shame really. Staff was really helpful and nice… more
