“Superstar Shakil”
I am so grateful for the team that served us when we run train programs here . It’s become my most favourite place . My greatest experience comes from Shakil who is ever present to serve all of us with patience and kindness . I feel at home with him .

“It's my Home away from home....Still the best hotel in KL for me”

“Amber room with superb service”
We had our offsite meeting at Amber, and were utterly impressed with the service by Lawrence and Habib. They are attentive, willing to go the extra mile and fulfilled all our adhoc requests. The Av staff Ganesh is helpful too. Highly recommend!

“Good experience for event”
Thanks to mukmin zukie joe wan BQT team for hosting our event, they’re smooth and helpful. Food were well presented, they did their best to fulfill our request, they will ensure our guests felt comfortable and taken care of throughout the event.
