“Great family stay”
Excellent service with finer details taken care of - beyond what is the norm for a five star hotel. For example, when swimming, water and towels are placed for you. Small welcoming complimentary items. Room and facilities are excellent as well. Can see fireworks for NYE from the swimming pool.

“We had a free night & meant to be upgraded to exec level. Unfortunately an oversight in the request/booking. Did not use”
Just a few hiccups. Overall staff were attentive etc. Some menu items (meats) were underwhelming in as such a meat n cheese platter was cheap cuts ; not the quality that we expected. The location is fabulous and whilst we only got to use a couple of the facilities, it was a nice stay-cation.

“Service / attitude of some staffs was a let down”
Some staffs at the gym and front lobby were unwelcoming and behaved arrogantly towards local guests. Such discrimination was shocking given this is MO. Truly a let down.... Hotel amenities was ok....but the selective bias practiced by selective staffs destroyed the hospitality side of the hotel. Ha… more
