“Great stay”
Hotel was clean, food was great, amenities were fantastic. The staff were wonderful and helpful. Definitely recommend staying here.

“Grand Hyatt KL”
The property is centrally located, close to KLCC, although it's old but still worth trying it out if you have never stay there before.

“Falls a little bit under expectations.”
Set my expectation to high for 5 star hotels, but the service I got isn't on par. I got better service from 4 star hotel before. The check in process was so long despite request for early check in. Got our room way past 3pm. And still need to wait 15 more minutes before the luggage can be sent to... more
