“The Malaysian Hilton way”
This is old school Hilton service. Exemplary service from Arnand and his concierge team. Beautiful delicious satay at dinner time (though a little pricey buffet.) There should be a non halal dining section for some of us to enjoy the satay with a bottle of red. The satay was that good in my opinion.

“Need Enhancement for this so called 5 Star hotel”
Location is perfect. With Good breakfast serving. However hotel is outdated. No USB port . And the cleaners level for this hotel seriously need enhance. Dirty room assigned for a Hilton Diamond member. In terms of hospitality wise is OK but some how the Induan lounge manatee seems not friendly .
