“Sanctuary from hell”

“Excellent Service for non guest!”
I am not a guest at the hotel but the concierge and door man was very kind to help me to book my Grab, tell my driver the exact location I want to go as the Grab map was not updated therefore I was lost panicking as I need to get to the location before they close.
