“Great place”
Great service , location and staff are superb !! Special shout out to Gloria in coco’s bar and restaurant as she was amazing! So helpful, fab service and always smiling . Highly recommend the horizon club area which is really pleasant for breakfast and evening drinks

“Old but top notch service”
3 of us in Tanjung wing Seaview room for 3 nights ( booked Kinabalu Seaview but upgraded ❤️) view was amazing day and night, especially sunset view. We never wanted to leave room. Swimming pool was very old so very deep but big enough space for us to know where to stand . And water was very clean … more

“Hotel for families with kids and no one else”
This is a family hotel. For a couple, it’s not enough attention to the kind of experience that we would care about.
