“Good business hotel”
Convenient hotel location with safe private parking. Recommended for guests who are self driving to there. “Fast, Convenient”
Fast check in and out process. Overall clean hotel room n environment. Need improvement on morning breakfast. Parking issue need to be given priority to hotel staying guest.

“Easy Access to Ipoh Town”
Overall good. Room clean and spacious. But overall price is above average. I have very bad experience with the pool. Water in the pool is cloudy and not clean. Seems like the water pump not working.

“Overall Good Value”
Clean, spacious rooms and the hotel breakfast made my stay good value for money. Staff were pleasant and helpful. One thing: The shower-head is permanently fixed to the wall, and that is very very impractical for the user. If you’re not careful, you’ll wet the floor outside the shower area.

“Can’t sleep well”
The mirror in the room is unclean and dirty, making it unusable, and it has a blue tint as well. Besides, the soundproofing system is poor; it’s quite obvious that outside noise can be heard when trying to sleep. As a result, I didn’t sleep well during my stay.
