“Food”
The hotel atmosphere is nice. Room was nice. All the staff was great. Near to all shopping mall.the staff there reccomned good food.breakfast was so so good. I think in term of manpower they may lack but the staff try the very best to fulfill any request.

This in an old hotel. Used to be Shangri-La Penang. But its been given an upgrade interior. Great location, in the middle of the town. Nice room, comfortable. Most of the staff smile and friendly.
